This paper reveals the basic connotation of the human-oriented management thought, expounds the application of the human-oriented management thought in library＇s management and service, and discusses on some problems in aspects of realizing the innovation of leaders＇ management thought, and creating management model of all participation, etc. by using the human-oriented management thought.
