摘要
为探讨处于强迫体位时骨骼肌损伤的机理及损伤的动态变化规律,应用电镜形态计量学方法对处于强迫体位不同时间的家兔骨骼肌线粒体的数目和形态变化进行了研究。结果表明,家兔腰部处于强迫体位1周,其L4~5处骨骼肌的线粒体发生损伤,表现为线粒体水肿,至4周损伤进一步加重,有些损伤的线粒体坏死,使线粒体数目减少,第7周时线粒体开始修复,产生一些新生线粒体。提示强迫体位作用下肌肉线粒体首先出现损伤,这可能成为以后的肌肉损伤的启动因素。随时间延长,线粒体可发生适应性变化,进行自身修复。
Inordertostudythemechanismandthedynamicchangesofskeletalmuscleinjuryin-ducedbyrestrainedposture,thenumberandmorphologyofmitochondriaofmuscleinrabbitswhichwereinrestrainedpostureforvariousperiodswereobservedbyElectronMicroscopicMorphometry.Theresultsshowedthatafter1weekofrestrainedposture,theinjuryofmitochondriaoccured,andtheinjuryworsenedinthe4thweek,however,inthe7thweek,somenewbornmitochondriawerefound.Theseresultssuggestthatafterrestrainedposture,themusclemitochondriainjurywasfoundearlyinsubcelularlevel,anditmaybetheinitialfactorofmuscleinjuryoccuredsubsequently.Whenre-strainedpostureprolonged,mitochondriacouldrepairthemselves,indicatinganadaptibilitytoinjury.
