摘要
CAD 技术在机械设计中发挥着越来越突出的作用。在开发了滚动轴承三维参数化设计软件基础上,本文介绍了基于 Pro/E 的二次开发的主要内容和思路。软件包含了三维模型设计输出、工程图形输出、运动参数校核计算、标准轴承模型库、外部修改程序内部参数五大模块。软件只需获取滚动轴承的大径、小径、宽度等外形尺寸,软件将在外部数据库的支持下按照输入参数计算内部尺寸参数、确定几何结构、计算运动参数,完成三维模型、工程图输出并打印。
CAD technology was made more and more use in mechanical design. Based on the experience of develop A ing software for designing rolling bearings, methods for further development on Pro/ENGINEER were introduced.Five modules, Design and output for three-dimension solid model and two-dimensional drawing, check calculation for motion parameters, standardized rolling bearings model library, modification for interior parameters are included in the software. Only three boundary dimensions ,such as owter, inner diameter and width etc. required and with the support of exterior date base, interior parameters, geometry and motion parameters will be calculated automatically. Then three-dimension solid model and two-dimensional drawing can be outputted and printed.
