摘要
Auto CAD以它卓越的图形功能广泛用于绘制各种工程设计及施工图纸。但西文Auto CAD不能输入汉字 ,而汉化的 Auto CAD也只适合输入少量、字型单一的汉字 ,不能满足一般图纸中输入各种汉字特别是数据表格的需要。本文介绍了 Auto CAD和 Word中的几种图形格式及文件的相互调用方法 ,给出了在 Windows环境下 ,通过 Word与Auto CAD的数据交换 ,利用中文 Word对 Auto CAD中的工程图纸进行输出的方法。该方法简便易行 ,仅使用通用软件又不需任何二次开发 ,因此适合于中小企业特别是广大的个人 Auto CAD用户。
Although AutoCAD is widely used to carry out engineering designing and drawing because of its excellent drawing ability,users cannot create Chinese in AutoCAD of English version.In Chinese version users can only create several styles of Chinese,which cannot meet the needs of engineering drawings,especially the needs of data tables.The paper introduces the methods to transfer drawing formats and files between AutoCAD and Microsoft Word,and the method to output drawing drawn in AutoCAD by using Microsoft Word of Chinese version.The methods introduced in the paper are easy to adopt and do not need to develop AutoCAD for the second time.They can be sued in small or middle-sized enterprises as well as for personal users of AutoCAD.
