摘要
中国大众体育的兴起有着与西方社会完全不同的经济社会背景,在科学发展观视野下,探讨了中国大众体育启动的经济社会背景及其发展情况,指出政府应当倾斜对大众体育的资源投入,并将广大农村作为投入的重点,惟有如此,才可以实现大众体育以人为本的目的。
Compared with western society, the rise of mass sport in China has totally different economical and social background. The paper, in view of scientific development, discusses the background and development of mass sport in China, and indicates that government should be inclined to invest in mass sport and that should attach great importance to rural investment so as to make into reality mass sport＇ s real purpose—human - oriented.
