摘要 目的了解小学生健康教育相关的知识态度行为,比较整合式健康教育和单独设课健康教育两种健康教育模式的实施效果。方法分层随机整群抽样,从10个省市中随机抽取小学三年级学生共1589人,填写结构式调查问卷。结果小学生健康知识知晓率较低,多数喜欢学习健康教育知识,具有较好的日常卫生行为习惯,预防意外伤害的能力不强,在知晓率和态度方面单独设课健康教育模式明显好于整合式健康教育模式。结论小学健康教育工作需要加强,小学健康教育的适宜模式有待进一步研究和探讨。 Objective To investigate health related knowledge, attitude and behavior among pupils, and compare the effects of two different health education models in primary schools. Methods 1589 third grade pupils were sampled from 10 provinces and cities by stratified cluster sampling. Results The level of health related knowledge was low among pupils, most of them liked to learn health related knowledge and had better health habits, their abilities of preventing unexpected injury was low. With respect of knowledge level and attitude, single class health education model got better score than integrated health education model. Conclusion To strengthen health education in primary schools and study appropriate rnode are necessary.
