摘要
目的通过对来自云南省鼠疫自然疫源地155株鼠疫菌进行基因分型,了解鼠疫菌的进化规律。方法根据22个差异区段(differentregions,DFR)设计引物,PCR扩增鼠疫菌的每个DFR。结果滇西山地闽广沿海居民区黄胸鼠鼠疫自然疫源地137株鼠疫菌的基因型均为9型。滇西山地齐氏姬鼠大绒鼠鼠疫自然疫源地18株鼠疫菌,有10株菌为7型,8株菌为9型。结论滇西山地齐氏姬鼠大绒鼠鼠疫自然疫源地鼠疫菌的基因型为7型和9型,而滇闽广沿海居民区黄胸鼠鼠疫自然疫源地鼠疫菌的基因型主要为9型。两疫源地鼠疫菌在遗传关系上有亲缘性,后者可能由前者进化而来。
Objective To compare the genomic types of 155 strains of Yersinia (Y.) pestis from Yunnan Province and Guangxi municipality in order to study the genetic stability of Y, pestis. Methods Primer pairs targeting the 22 different regions (DFRs) were designed for detecting the genomic types in the strains, Results In 18 strains from Apodemus chevrieri-Eothenomys milieus plague focus, the highland of Northwestern Yunnan Province, 10 strains of Y, pestis was genomically genomovar 7, other 8 strains was genomovar 9. The genomic type of all 137 strains of Y. pestis from Rattus Flavipectus plague focus of the Yunnan-Guangdong-Fujian Provinces was genomovar 9. Conclusion The genomic types of Y. pestis from Apodemus chevrieri-Eothenomys milieus plague focus of the highland of Northwestern Yunnan Province included genomovar 7 and 9. The genomic type of Y. pestis from Rattus Flavipectus plague focus of the Yunnan-Guangdong-Fujian Provinces is genomovar 9. Strains of Y. pestis from the two plague foci have a close relationship genetically. The latter evolved from the former.
