摘要
利用PCR-RFLP技术分析了4个品种猪的生长激素基因的MspⅠ酶切位点多态性,共检测到8种带型,其中大约克猪中检测到6种带型,长白猪中检测到7种带型,在太湖猪和内江猪中仅检测到4种带型,4个猪品种中各带型分布差异极显著(P<0.01)。
The Msp Ⅰ polymorphisms characteristics of growth hormone gene locus was analyzed by PCR-RFLP in two Chinese pig breeds and two foreign pig breeds. Tbe results showed that there were 8 band-types. Six band-types were distinguished in Yorkshire. seven band-types were distinguished in Landrace, and onh four band-types were distinguished in Taihu pig and Neijiang pig breeds. The differences of band-types were significant in the four porcine breeds.
