摘要
企业集群内部协调既不同于市场上价格机制的无形之手,又不同于企业内部行政命令的有形之手。本文分析指出,集群内部协调的目标在于追求集群剩余,并根据企业行为的规律性对集群剩余进行了分析;介绍集群内部的各种协调机制,在此基础上,分析协调机制与集群剩余实现之间的关联。
The internal coordination of cluster of enterprises is not only different from the invisible hand of the price mechanism that exists in the market,but it is not the same as the visible hand such as administerial order that exists in enterprise. This paper points out that the aim of the internal coordination of cluster of enterprises is to pursue the residual of cluster and analyse the residual of cluster on the basis of the law of enterprise behavior. The paper discusses the coordination mechanisms in the clusters of enterprises and analyse the relationship between the coordination mechanisms and realization of the residual of clusters.
