摘要
目的:建立洁阴净栓中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法.方法:高效液相色谱法,ODS色谱柱,乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(20:80)为流动相,检测波长346 nm.结果:此方法在9.6～48.0 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为100.47%,RSD为1.28%(n=9).结论:此方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于洁阴净栓的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To establish the content determination method of berberine hydrochloride in Jieyinjing suppositories by HPLC. METHODS HPLC was performed to determine berberine hydrochloride on ODS column, the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0. 5% acetic acid （20：80） and detection wavelength at 346 nm. RESULTS The linearity of berberine hydrochloride was in the range of 9.6-48.0 mg·L^-1 （r= 0.999 7）,and the average recovery was 100.47%,RSD was 1.28%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for control of J ieyinjing suppositories.
