摘要
把握教师的职业行为特性是解决教师激励问题的关键。在论述高校教师的经济行为特性、角色行为特性、组织行为特性的基础上,提出开发教师资源,建立高校教师激励机制应关注的主要问题。
Our grasp of specific property of teachers＇ behavior is the key to establishing teachers＇ encouragement system, The paper discusses teachers＇ specific property of economic behavior, teachers＇ specific property of character behavior, teachers＇ specific property of organic behavior. On the basis of this,the paper brings up chief problems followed by explortation of teacher resource and establishment of teachers＇ encouraging system in higher education institutions.
