摘要
目前的研究表明缓慢的牵张刺激可增强骨痂中各种生长因子(TGF-βs、BMPs、IGF-1、FGF-2、VEGF)表达和细胞外基质(胶原蛋白Ⅰ、骨钙素、骨桥接素和骨连接素等)的生成。本文就牵引成骨术分子生物学机制近年来的研究进展作一综述。
