摘要
应用敏感的ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ法，检测了５４例原发性肝癌ＣＤ４４剪接变异体的表达情况，结合相应病例的临床病理资料讨论了其与肝癌侵袭转移的关系。提示ＣＤ４４剪接变异体可能赋予了原发性肝癌以侵袭转移的潜能。
Expression of metastasis associated splice variants of CD44 (CD44v) in the patients with primary liver cancer and the relation between expression of CD44v and metastasis was studied.It is suggested that CD44v may be a fator in contributing to the invasive metastasis of primary liver cancer.
