摘要
边缘群体是推进我国现代化建设的一股重要力量,同时也给城市建设、社会发展带来许多不可避免的问题。造成边缘群体精神危机既有观念上失范、文化认同丧失乃至价值虚无等内在原因,也有社会制度制约和社会歧视等外在原因。在社会大转型时期,通过构筑现代化的城乡文化价值体系来解决边缘群体的游民化问题是中国现代化转型的重要内容,也是构建社会主义和谐社会的题中应有之义。
As an important force of promoting our country＇s modernization construction drive. Marginal groups also have brought many inevitable problems to the city construction and social development. The reasons for the mental crisis of these groups include inside and outside ones： the former refers to the reasons such as the deviation of modes of thought, the loss of cultural identification, and value nihility; the latter refers to those like social system limitation and social discrimination. In the tremendous change stage of our society, to solve the problem of vagrant trend of marginal groups via constructing cultural value of modernized city is not only an important part in this change stage, but also a proper part in the drive for constructing a socialist harmonious society.
