摘要
我国持续不断的工业化和目前正在实施的城市化战略,导致了在条件相对优越的地方城市群的出现。我国中部地区,也正在形成以郑州为核心的中原城市群。该区域处于陇兰经济带的中间部位,东邻沿海经济发达地区,西接广袤的西部地区,经济实力较强,辐射范围较大,具备城市群发展的一系列条件。中原城市群发展首选应对生态环境进行治理加强基础设施建设,同时统一协调,统筹规划,培养增长极,调整区划,实现中心城市跨区域扩张,增强产业牵引功能,走新型工业化道路。
With the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization, the urban agglomeration has arisen in the better-off places. The urban agglomeration centered by Zhengzhou city, including Luoyang, Kaifeng and other cities has being formed in the central China. This area is located in the middle of Longhai economic zone, adjoining the advanced costal area to the east, and the vast expanse of west China. This urban agglomeration is powerful in economy, expansive in its development and has typical conditions in urban agglomeration forming. Central China urban agglomeration is supposed to develop its ecological environment and infrastructure construction, and at the same time, coordinate uniformly, plan as a whole, foster growth possibilities, rearrange district divisions, realize the expansion of central urban area, enhance industrial promotion, and step onto a new way of industrialization.
