摘要
施志明教授治疗肿瘤经验颇丰,以为首当重视舌诊、正确辨证;肿瘤为病多由正气亏虚后,致邪毒内生,病以脾肾亏虚,痰毒等邪实为标,故治疗应时时顾护正气,健脾补肾、化痰软坚为法,扶正祛邪并用。
Professor Shi Zhiming is experienced in treating tumor. He considers that, to treat tumor, one must pay attention to the inspection of the tongue, and differentiate syndromes correctly. In terms of pathogenesis, he thinks tumor mainly due to deficient qi of spleen and kidney followed by toxic stasis of excessive pathogenic factors as phlegm. According to its pathogenesis, he considers thc therapeutic methods should be strengthening the spleen and kidney, resolving phlegm and softening hard masses.
