摘要
文章介绍了一种新的数控车削仿真系统,它采用计算机建立虚拟机床,模拟真实机床运动,并通过数据通信技术与真实数控系统相连,形成“虚拟+现实”的仿真模式。这种模式弥补了传统虚拟现实技术单纯依赖计算机所带来的种种不足,将虚拟的机床运动与实际的数控操作融为一体,可使用户既掌握数控车削加工的基本原理,又掌握数控系统操作的基本技能。
The paper introduces a new NC turning simulation system which forms a ″virtuality + reality″ simulation mode by building a virtual NC machine in a computer to simulate the movement of a real NC machine and to connect a real NC system through data communication technology. This mode combines the virtual machine movement and real NC manipulation together to avoid the efficiencies of classical VR technology, which simply depends on the computer. It enables users to learn both fundamental principle of NC turning and practical skills of manipulating NC systems.
