摘要
《水利水电工程结构可靠度设计统一标准》的颁布施行，确立了结构可靠度设计在水利水电工程设计中的地位。从可靠度基本理论出发，依据《水利水电工程结构可靠度设计统一标准》提出了极限状态方程，阐述了实用设计方法。
With the promulgation and execution of《United Standards of Hydraulic Stuctures》,the position of structure reliability design is established in the design of water resources and hydropower projects. Through the basic theory of reliability and according to《United Standards of Hydraulic Structures》.the limited state equations are presented.And the practical design method is described.
