摘要
结合当前正在开展的大坝安全定期检查,探讨了进行可靠度分析的可行性和必要性。其原则是以《水工统标》为准则,以实际资料为依据。讨论了影响可靠度分析的主要随机变量如f'、C'、α及坝上下游水位等,并给出了《水工统标》的统计参数。结构可靠指标的计算采用一次二阶矩法,对于计算成果要进行合理性分析。
Along with the Periodic dam safety inspection carried on at present,the feasibility and necesity of dam safety analysis are studied.The criterion is based on the state hydraulic standard and the practical data.In the text, major stochastic variables such as f',c' and a and the upstream and downstream water levels that influence the dependability in analysis are discussed. The statistic parameters of the state hydraulic standard are given. For calculating the index of the structural dependabilily a simple second order matrix method is used.The computation result needs to be rationally analysed.
