摘要
从分析当前我国高校体育教师队伍存在的问题入手,提出当今社会高校体育教师应该具备的能力与素质,为高校体育教师队伍的建设提供参考。
Starting from the problems existing among teachers at colleges and universities, the paper puts forward the capacities and qualifies that sports teachers should possess, which can be used for reference for the staff construction of sports teachers.
