摘要
研究表明,目前常用的适合于向昆虫培养细胞接种的Nosemabombycis孢子的几种人工发芽方法的发芽率存在较大差异.同一种方法在不同的发芽培养基中的发芽率也有所不同.并发现在N.bombycis孢子的人工发芽过程中K+促进作用比Na+明显,而且还证实N.
This study domonstrated that there is a great difference in germinating rates by different ways of usual inductions that are proper to inoculate Nosema bombycis spores into insect cultured cell. And the germinating rates are different in different germination medium with same artificial induction method. Moreover, the prometing effect of K + in aritificial induction of N. bombycis spores is much notabler than that of Na +. And testfied that perfect germinating of N. bombycis spores in artificial induction needs 60 min.
