摘要
对连续泵浦的自启动、宽调谐的ps脉冲掺Yb3+双包层光纤激光器进行了实验研究。采用20 m单模掺Yb3+双包层光纤作为增益介质,利用77 MHz射频信号的声光调制器(AOM)作为频移器以及体光栅构成外腔,得到了重复频率为1 GHz、平均功率为56.3 mW以及脉宽小于60 ps的脉冲,激光器的调谐范围超过40 nm。
The cw pumped self-staring, widely tunable ps pulses Yb^3+-doped double-clad fiber laser is experimentally studied. In experiments, the 20 m single mode Yb^3+-doped double-clad fiber worked as gain medium. And we used 77 MHz RF signal AOM and a grating which formed external cavity to provide feedback, and made the laser linewidth narrower. We obtained 1 GHz repetition rate with highest output power 56.3 mW pulses,whose width was smaller than 60 ps. Also,the fiber laser was tunable over 40 nm from 1 072.9 nm to 1 113.7 nm.
