超声心动图评估快速右室起搏猪心力衰竭模型

Evaluation of Congestive Heart Failure Model Induced by Rapid Ventricular Pacing Using Echocardiography

摘要 目的运用多普勒超声心动图评价快速右心室起搏猪心脏收缩、舒张功能的变化。方法对10头猪进行快速右心室起搏,起搏前及起搏3周关闭起搏器后进行多普勒超声心动图检查,测定左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、收缩末期内径(LVDs)、等容舒张时间(IVRT)、等容收缩时间(IVCT)、射血时间(ET),计算射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、每分输出量(CO)、左室做功指数(Tei指数)。结果猪快速右心室起搏后其症状及超声心动图指标符合充血性心力衰竭改变,且接近于扩张型心肌病。结论快速右室起搏致心力衰竭模型是一种较为理想的研究充血性心力衰竭的实验模型。 Objective To evaluate the systolic and diastolic heart function induced by rapid ventricular pacing of pigs. Methods Ten pigs received rapid right ventricular pacing at the rate of 230 beats per minute. Echocardiographic study was performed before operation and three weeks after cessation of rapid pacing. The systolic and diastolic diameters of left ventricle (LVDs, LVDd), E/A ratio (E/A) at mitral orifice, deceleration time (DT), isovolumetric relaxation time (IVRT), isovolumetric contraction time(IVCT), and left ventricular performance index(Tel index) were measured. Results The pigs showed symptoms and echocardiographic parameters implied that congestive heart failure were successfully established. Conclusion Congestive heart failure models induced by rapid ventricular pacing is a ideal and useful model for basic and clinical research of heart failure.
