摘要
目的研究肝脏放射性损伤早期的病理组织学改变。方法成年家兔24只,采用40 Gy X线左侧半肝照射后,随机分为照射后第4、10天两个观察组,每组12只,进行肝脏病理学研究。结果照射后第4天组12只家兔,光镜下肝脏无异常变化,从中随机抽出1只家兔电镜检查照射区肝组织见细胞器肿胀、胞浆空泡样变等超微结构水平改变。家兔肝脏照射后第10天未照射区肝组织无异常,照射区出现不同程度小叶中央静脉血管闭塞性损伤改变,电镜下可见细胞内水肿和细胞内胶原纤维形成、泡浆内空泡化、Disse间隙水肿等异常。结论肝脏在受单次大剂量照射后,光镜下早期病理改变以小叶中央静脉血管闭塞性损伤为主要特征,更早期电镜下就可观察到细胞器超微结构水平的损伤。
Objective To analyze the pathologic features of early radiation-induced hepatic injury. Methods Twenty-four rabbits with left liver exposed to irradiation of X-rays at a dose of 40 Gy were divided into two groups(both consisting of 12 rabbits) pathologic studies of rabbits' liver were implemented respectively on the 4th and 10th day after irradiation. Results In liver H-E stain study of the 4th day group, the irradiated or non-irradiated liver of all 12 rabbits had shown no abnormality; in electron microscopy investigation of a rabbit which was selected at random, the irradiated liver had showed micro-structure abnormality such as mitochondria swelling and intracellular edema. In H-E stain study of the 10th day post-irradiated liver, the irradiated liver of all rabbits demonstrated occlusive injury of lobar central vein. In electron microscopy investigation of a selected rabbit, besides intracellular edema and mitochondria swelling, intracellular fibrin deposition and Disse' s space widening was showed in the irradiated liver. Conclusion The early pathologic features of the irradiated liver, perhaps are liver occlusive injury of lobar central vein, however, micro-structural abnormality of irradiated liver can be seen with electron microscope much earlier.
