摘要
以二年生草本花卉黑心菊为材料,通过温室栽培和露天栽培之间的比较实验,研究了温室环境对其生长的影响.结果表明:室内株地上部分的湿质量和干质量分别比室外株平均每株多72.7%和39.2%;而另一方面,室内株根系的湿质量和干质量分别比室外株平均每株少36.4%和48.0%.此外,室内株具有较小的根冠比.这些说明温室环境使黑心菊根系的吸收活力增强,有利于植物地上部的生长发育;而室外株的根系则通过功能补偿作用对不良环境做出适应性反应,以减少逆境的胁迫作用.
The influence of greenhouse environment on the growth of in Rudbeckia hirta, a biennial herbaceous flower was studied through comparative experiments conducted in a greenhouse and in the open air. The results showed that the mean wet weight and dry weight of the over-ground parts of the indoor plants were heavier than those of the outdoor plants by 72.7 % and 39.2 %, respectively; whereas the mean wet weight and dry weight of the root systems of the indoor plants were lighter than those of the outdoor plants by 36.4 % and 48.0 %, respectively. Moreover, the indoor plants had a relatively smaller roots/canopy ratio in comparison with the outdoor plants. All the results indicated that the greenhouse environment enhanced the absorption activity of the root system and was propitious to the growth of the over-ground part of plants. On the other hand, the plants did adaptation reaction to harmful outdoor environment through function compensation to lighten the menace action of adversity.
