摘要
人才资本是经济发展的特殊资本。研究人才资本的特性、人才资本对经济发展的特殊作用机理以及运用人才资本作用机理加快经济发展的对策,对于实施人才强国战略,全面建设小康社会,具有重要意义。
Human resource is the special capital in the development of economy. To find out how does human resource effect the development of economy is really meaningful, which can help to carry out the strategy strengthen china with talented people. The focus of this article is the feature of human resource, the important role played by human resource in the development, and how to use it to accelerate the development of economy.
