摘要
简要介绍了一种新型的扫描电镜加载样品台,它具有完善的加载控制和数据记录系统,可在样品进行拉伸、压缩、弯曲和剪切变形过程中进行动态观察。文中给出了该样品台的一些典型应用结果。
A new developed loading attachment for SEM was Introduced briefly. This device has a complete loading controlled system and a data record system. By using a SEM with the attachment It is possible to observe In situ the deformation process of samples under a tensile, compressed, bent or shear stress. Some typical results of applications was also presented In the paper.
