护理教育改革对护生临床实习带教的思考 被引量:7

摘要 目的:提高对护理实习生的临床实习带教质量,培养适应现代医学发展的护理人才。方法:针对护理实习生具体状况,实行专人带教,采取有计划、有目的、有步骤的综合培养措施和综合考评。结果:护理实习生实习质量大大提高,带教满意率大于90%。结论:考虑影响实习带教的多种因素,强调“因人而异、因地制宜、因材施教”,专人带教、集中授课,加强沟通能力和协作精神培训,改革考评方法对教员和学生是提高实习质量的关键。
