摘要
目的:探讨颈椎骨折合并脱位的早期诊断及手术治疗方法.方法:回顾性分析 2002年 4月～ 2005年 4月收治的颈椎骨折合并脱位的病人 32例.结果: 32例随访,脊髓功能有不同程度恢复,颈椎高度及曲线无丢失,植骨块呈骨性融合.结论:颈椎骨折合并脱位应及时诊断、治疗,尽早彻底减压,纠正畸形,植骨融合及钢板内固定,重建颈椎的稳定性.
Objective： To study the early diagnosis and surgical treatment in cervical fracture complicated with dislocution.Methods： Thirty - two cases of the cervicul fracture complicated with dislocation in our department from Apirl 2002 to Apirl 2005 were retrospectively an alyzed. Results： Thirty- two cases were followed- up.Spinal function of the patients recorered in different degrees. Conclusion： The cervical fracture complicated with dislocution must be diagnosed and treated im time,the thorough decompression and correction of deformity are performed as early as possible. The stability of the cervical spine can be reconstructed by the method of bone grafting and the cervical spine plate fixation.
