摘要
文中剖析电容测微关键技术,设计以单片机C8051F060为控制核心的一种智能化高精度电容测微仪系统,解决测量仪器的随机漂移的难题,并给出其软硬件设计和实现方法。该测量系统具有测量精度高、抗干扰能力强、自动化程度高及成本低等优点。
The working principle and key technique of capacitance-micrometer was discussed, and a novel hign-accurate intelligent capacitance-micrometer based on C8051F060 which can solve some problems of stochastic drift primarily was presented. Its hardware architecture and software design are given in detail. The instrument has the advantages of high-precision, better anti- interference, high degree of automation, low cost and so on.
