摘要
本文通过拓展经济增加值这一概念,提出了建立以价值创造为准则的企业绩效评价体系的三个步骤,构建了第三方物流企业绩效综合评价指标体系。
This article have come up with the three steps of enterprise performance evaluation under the principle of value creating by extending the concept of EVA（economic value added）,at the same time, build comprehensive performance evaluation index system of the third party logistics.
