摘要
本试验以月季、白网纹草、一品红为材料,对其内生菌分离并进行一系列的生化特征鉴定试验及生长曲线测定试验、不同温度下菌株的生长情况试验等,经查阅《常见细菌鉴定手册》,可初步确定月季的内生菌属欧文氏菌属(Erwiniawinsloetal.,1920),白网纹草的内生菌属类芽孢杆菌属(PaenibacillusAsh,Priest&collin,1994),一品红的内生菌属短芽孢杆菌属(BrevibacillusShida,1996)。[1]
In this paper, China rose. Fittonia Verschaffelti and Euphorbia Pulcherrima were as of materials to study its endophytes. After the endophytes were separated from these materials. A series of biological chemical experiments were identified and three kinds of endophytes growth curve were mensurated, their growth conditions were also studies. And then, referring to 《Bergey＇sManual of Determinative Bacteriolo》, It was primarily ascertained that the endophytes of China rose is Erwinia winslow et al., and Fittonia Verschaffelti＇S is paenibacillus, and Euphorbia pulcherrima＇S is Brevibacillus shida.
