摘要
目的有选择地用人工关节治疗某些类型的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的病人,探讨原理和疗效。方法用标准骨水泥人工关节治疗年龄在75岁以上的股骨粗隆间骨折18例,骨折线在小粗隆以上。结果全部病例术后2周可下地行走,关节活动度正常。结论有选择地用人工关节治疗某些类型的高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的病人,可早期活动,利于康复。
[Objective] To study and evaluate results of prosthetic replacement for the management of some type of intertrochanteric fracture. [Methods] 18 cases of the intertrochantefic fracture, whose age were over seventy-five years, were treated by prosthesis replacement, which fracture line was over lesser trochanter. [Results] All patients have normal function of the hip joint and the weight bearing in two weeks after prosthetic replacement. [Conclusion] Some elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated by prosthetic replacement can allow weight-bearing early, and it benefits the patients rehabilitation.
