摘要
用改性剂对纤维素纤维进行改性,以引入季铵阳离子基,提高染料上染百分率,降低废水污染。通过试验,确定了最佳工艺处方:改性剂A浓度10%owf,改性处理温度80℃,时间60min,NaOH浓度3g/L。结果发现,阳离子改性后的棉织物可以用中性染料染色,并能获得令人满意的染色效果。
The optimal process conditions of cationic modification treatment of cotton fiber were determined, such as the concentration of modifier A 10% （owf）, temperature 80℃, time 60min, and the amount of NaOH 3 g/L, A primary investigation on dyeing of cationic modified cotton with neutral dyes was carried out. And it was proved that cationic modified cotton dyed with neutral dyes has enhanced dye up taking, and satisfied dyeing effect was available.
