介绍了知识管理的基本内容,分别从培养知识型馆员、建立CKO制度、图书馆整体机构重组、设立知识库和开展个性化知识服务等方面阐述了知识管理下现代图书馆的创新。
This paper introduces the basic contents of the knowledge management, and expounds the innovation of the modern library under the knowledge management from aspects of cultivating the knowledge-type librarians, establishing the CKO system, carrying out library＇s integral institutional recombination, setting up the database, and developing the individualized knowledge service, etc.
