摘要
综合考虑所有对小麦面粉质量有影响的因素,应用Fuzzy模式识别的数学方法,对小麦粉质量的定等评价,提出了一种新方法.应用效果表明,该方法比现在正在应用的“以加工精度定等”的方法为优.
All factors that affect the quality of wheat powder were taken into account, a new method of grading the quality of wheat powder was put forward with fuzzy diagnosis method. The result of using this method showed that it was much better than that of the grading method based on the processing precision that is used in our country now.
