摘要
实验利用革兰氏阴性细菌的脂多糖(内毒素),建立大鼠前葡萄膜炎模型。通过分析房水蛋白含量,房水细胞计数及病理学变化,观察了白细胞介素-1受体拮抗剂的抗炎作用。结果表明,白细胞介素-1受体拮抗剂可显著减少房水蛋白含量和细胞数,并明显抑制多形核白细胞的浸润。由此认为白细胞介素-1受体拮抗剂具有抑制细菌内毒素性前葡萄膜炎的作用。
The injection of lipopolysaccharides (Endoxin) derived from gram-negatlve bacteria into the foot pad of rat produced the acute anterior uveitis. Interleukin-1 has been implicated in such inflammation, In this study, we evaluated the anti-inflammatory effects of a cloned recombinant interleukin-1 receptor antagonist (IL-lra) by measuring the cell count, protein content in the aqueous humor and examining histopathological features. The results shows that IL-lra can significantly reduce the cell count and protein leakage in the aqueous humor and decrease the polymorphonuclear leukocyte infiltration in the eye. It is suggested that IL-lra be effective in the suppression of endotoxin-induced uveitis.
