摘要
利用微型反应堆作为中子源,通过中子活化分析方法测定了老年性白内障患者晶体及正常人尸眼透明晶体、色素膜及玻璃体等样品的14种元素,结果表明老年性白内障晶体中铬、钙、钠、锌和氯含量明显高于正常人组;铝和钪含量明显低于正常晶体。结果与文献所报道结果进行比较,讨论并提出防治白内障的新途径。另外测得正常人尸眼中玻璃体及色素膜中14种元素平均值。
With a miniature reactor as the neutron source and a neutron activation method, quantitative analyses of 14 element contents in lens, vitreous andurea of normal human and senior cataractous lenses and comparisons between each of them have been done. It is found that the contents of chrome (Cr), calcium (Ca), sodium (Na), zinc (Zn), and chlorine (Cl) in the lens of the cataractous group are considerably higher than that in the normal group, while the contents of aluminum (Al) and seandium (Sc) are much lower. Our results were compared to that published in the literature. A new route to prevent and treat cataract was proposed. In addition, the mean values of these 14 elements were also analyzed in the vitreous and urea in normal autoptie eye.
