摘要 为探索非磁性异物玻璃体内存留的病理演变规律,给临床合理诊治提供理论依据,我们对140只兔跟进行了实验研究。结果:铜对眼球组织损害最大,其病理变化分为3期,应设法在第1期内取出异物:铝、玻璃、砂粒及塑料存留1周~2年零7个月均未见引起眼球器质性变化,因此,这种创伤先以控制炎症为主。 140 rabbit eyes have been experimented for probing the pathological [changes of non-magnetic foreign bodies in viteous body and for giving the theoretical basis to rational therapia in clinc. Results, The copper is the most damaged to the tissue of the eye, the pathological change has beed divided into three stage, the foreign body of copper should be extracted in the first stage. Otherwise, aluminium, grain of sand, glass and plastic which were in the vitreous body for one week to two years and seven month. did not caused pathological changes as we observed, hence, the inflammation should be controled primarily.
