摘要
介绍了砂仁的加工现状,阐述了砂仁工厂化生产的必要性,探索出了砂仁干燥加工工艺,并开发了相应的干燥加工成套设备。
The status of amomum villosum processing and the necessary conditions of its industrial processing were introduced in this paper. Besides, the optimum drying technics for amomum villosum drying was found and a set of drying equipment was developed.
