技能短缺一直是困扰英国经济发展的重要障碍,英国政府认为技能短缺是技能劳动力的供给不足造成的,也采取了很多措施改革职业教育和训练以增加技能的供给。然而,技能短缺并没有得到解决。实际上,造成技能短缺的因素是多方面的。本文对影响技能短缺的因素进行了深入分析。
Skills shortage has been one of the main obstacles to the British economic development. The government thinks that the skills shortage is caused by inadequate supply of skilled workforce, and has taken a lot of measures to reform vocational education and training in order to increase the supply of the skill. However, the problem of skills shortage has not been solved. In fact, its causes lie in many factors. This text carries out in -depth analysis of these factors.
