摘要
在１９７８年１月至１９９４年４月期间，发现主动脉夹层动脉瘤病１３例，其中１１例行２Ｄ～ＰＤＥ和（或）ＣＤＦＩ检查，另２例仅作临床回顾性分析。对其超声图象、临床表现、分型和预后作了讨论。
From January 1978 to April 1994,13 cases of dissecting aortic aneurysm were diagnosed,11 of them using two-dimensional pulse Doppler echocardiography(2D～PDE)and /or color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI),and the other 2 by clinical manifestations.Their ultrasonic pictures and clinical manifestations,types and prognosis were discussed.
