摘要
目的探讨儿童异常瞬目征的发病原因及其治疗措施。方法随机抽取在门诊就诊的87例异常瞬目儿童,对其生活习惯及眼部情况作详细询问并记录。结果通过克服不良生活习惯、去除诱因、调节心理等综合治疗措施后,除12例因不配合治疗而无效外,70例(70.9%)1个月内频繁眨眼症状消失,另外5例(5.7%)2个月内频繁眨眼症状亦均消失。结论异常瞬目征与电脑、电视及偏食有一定关系,综合治疗措施是目前治疗本病的较好方法。
Objective To analyze the cause of children＇s abnotmal blinking and their effective therapies. Mathods In addition the regular eye exam and refraction, questionnaires were designed including living habits and oenlar corcimstances among 87 children with abnormal blinking. Results Long time constant computer work and psychological pressure were the main course for children＇s abnomal blinking. Psychological therapy and overcome the bad living habit mproved the blinking amaong most of the patients （70.9%） after 1 month and 5.7 % after 2 month. Conclusion Children＇ s abnormal blinking can be caused by various factors such as computer, bad living habit and psyeholngical pressure. Good questionnaires in the clinical the way to find the problem and give the right solution.
