摘要
以汽车电喷节气门本体零件为例,介绍了Pro/EWildfire2.0软件在模具设计中的应用。详细介绍了分模过程,以及在“组件”模块中进行其它元件设计的过程。Pro/EWildfire软件的应用,大大缩短了模具设计及制造周期,降低了生产成本,强有力地推动了模具行业的发展。
Taking the original valve parts of automotive electrospary as an example, the application of Pro/E Wildfire 2.0 software in die-casting die design is introduced. Both split die process and other elements design in ＂components＂ mould are stated in detail. By Pro/E Wildfire 2.0 software, both die design cycle and manufacture cycle are shorten, and the costs get reduced, as the result, the development of die industry can be accelerated.
