摘要
介绍了锌合金产品基座的模具设计;传统的产品设计和压铸模设计及加工都是根据二维图完成,周期、成本、精度都会受影响。用CAD/CAE/CAM软件Pro/E来实现压铸模设计,可以大大缩短模具设计周期和加工周期,提高模具设计的准确性,大大降低模具设计成本。
The die design to pedestal of zinc alloy is introduced. Both traditional products design and die-casting die design and its manufacture are all done by two-dimension chart, which brings negative effects in time consuming, costs and precision. Using CAD/CAE/CAM software Pro/E to design die-casting die, both die design cycle and manufacture cycle can be shortened largely, and die design precision can be improved, as well as die design costs can be reduced sharply.
