腔静脉滤器在治疗下肢深静脉血栓中的作用 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨在下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者中置入腔静脉滤器,预防肺栓塞的作用。方法:17例下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者,12例置入临时腔静脉滤器,5例置入永久性下腔静脉滤器,分别行溶栓或抗凝治疗。临床观察有关肺梗塞的症状和体征出现。结果:下腔静脉滤器置入均全部成功。下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者经治疗后症状均缓解,近期无肺栓塞出现。结论:腔静脉滤器在治疗下肢深静脉血栓中的使用,能有效预防肺动脉梗死的出现。
