摘要
用顶空气相色谱法（以下简称ＨＳ—ＧＣ）对经过消毒后的重组合异种骨中环氧乙烷残留量进行了测定。该方法具有操作简便，分析速度快、灵敏度高、结果准确等优点。
This paper reports the headspace gas chromatographic separation of ethylene oxide residue in sterilized lyephilized bone.The results showed that the method is simple,rapid,sensitive with good recovery and reproducibility.
