摘要
目的:探讨增力祛疲口服液抗运动性疲劳作用的机制。方法:将30只雄性SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、疲劳对照组和口服液组,每组10只,选用游泳训练导致大鼠运动性疲劳模型,用组织学观察、生化测定和细胞化学分析等方法,研究3组大鼠骨骼肌组织结构和线粒体中脂质过氧化物(LPO)、Ca2+、K+含量以及血清中睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)、T/C值、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、肌红蛋白(Mb)的变化。结果:与正常对照组比较,疲劳对照组大鼠血清中T/C值、SOD、Mb和线粒体中Ca2+、K+均降低,而血清MDA和线粒体LPO升高(P<0.05);与疲劳对照组比较,口服液组大鼠上述指标均改善。结论:该药有利于骨骼肌组织疲劳后的功能恢复,有增强抗疲劳的作用。
Aim : To study the mechanism of Zengliqupi oral fluid ameliorating exercise-induced fatigue in rats. Methods: A total of 30 male SD rats were allocated into normal control(N) ,exercise-induced fatigue group(F), and zengliqupi oral fluid group(Z) , 10 rats in each group. The rat exercise-induced fatigue model was induced by swimming training. The skeletal muscle tissue structure,the ratio of testosterone to cortisol(T/C) ,SOD,MDA,and Mb in serum, LPO and mineral substance( Ca^2+ ,K^+ ) in mitochondrion of skeletal muscle were determined using electron microscope, cytochemical analysis and biochemical detection. Results: Compared with group N, the levels of T/C, SOD and Mb and the mineral substance in group F were significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.05 ) , but the levels of MDA and LPO were significantly increased. However,the above indexes in group Z were markedly improved compared with those in group F. Conclusion: This medicine benefits to the recovery of skeletal muscle tissue after exercised-induced fatigue.
