摘要
弹跳是篮球运动员的一项非常重要的身体素质,良好的弹跳能力是投篮、抢篮板球的有利保证,是取得比赛最后胜利的关键。通过观察、分析并运用已经取得的某些研究成果对篮球运动员在实际比赛中的各种起跳进行理论研究,探寻最佳的弹跳能力训练方法。
It is well accepted that the bounce ability can be seen as one of the most important physical fitness for the basketball players. The excellent quality of bounce can be deemed as the guarantee for the shooting and rebound, which is the key point for gaining final success of the matches. Based on the observation and analysis on the existing studies, this paper conducted a theoretical research on the varieties of jumping of the athletes in the practical competitions and explored the best training methods for the bounce training.
