摘要
为了满足发动机高推比的要求,采用真空雾化制粉技术研究开发了一种新型的高温合金粉末―MCrAlYTa。探讨了该粉末的冶炼雾化工艺,同时用SEM对不同状态MCrAlYTa的显微组织进行了分析,阐述了MCrAlYTa合金的应用。
To Satisfy the needs of engine,a new high-temperature alloy powder MCrAlYTa was developed by spray-forming.The technological references in the process of smelting atomization of the alloy powder MCrAlYTa was inquired,the microstructures of them were analyzed with SEM and the qpplications of the sprayed powder MCrAlYTa were expatiated.
